Come experience mindful breathing, movement and healing touch. Sacred Touch is a three-hour workshop featuring one hour of nude, partner yoga and two hours of massage for men.
The partner yoga requires no experience and emphasizes a yoga of connection, trust building and intimacy in preparation for massage.
Massage techniques are drawn from healing touch, body electric, Esalen, Thai massage, deep tissue and Swedish. Each participant has the opportunity to give and receive massage in a supportive environment.
